
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Associate HR to manage the HR operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Requirements
5 - 7 Years Experience required
Master / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
